Jump to any board with CtrlK. Move focus with arrows or hjkl, carry a card to the next list with Shift, and undo anything with CtrlZ.
Group boards into workspaces and invite people by email. Everyone in a workspace can see and edit every board in it, so nobody waits for access.
Someone in three of your workspaces counts as one person on your plan. Add clients and freelancers to as many workspaces as you like.
Plans differ only in how many people you can work with. People are counted once across every workspace you own.
Most tools charge for every seat, and some charge again in every workspace. On Taskflo, a flat price covers your whole team, and someone in several of your workspaces still counts once.
Entry paid plan of each tool, list prices in USD, billed monthly, as of September 2026. Asana has a 2-seat minimum; monday.com sells seats in bundles from 3 to 40. Trello and ClickUp bill each workspace separately, so a person in several workspaces is paid for in each; Asana and monday.com bill once per organization. Trello and others also offer free tiers with fewer features.
Taskflo is a kanban task manager: boards of lists and cards for every task and team. It runs in any browser, installs as an app on desktop and mobile, and can be driven entirely from the keyboard.
